IRVINE COVE OCEAN LIFEGUARD SERVICE\nAGREEMENT\nRecommendations:\n(1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a service\nagreement with the Irvine Cove Community\nAssociation for the provision of ocean lifeguard\nservices; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to execute three\nadditional one-year extensions (Fiscal Year 2026/27,\nFiscal Year 2027/28, and Fiscal Year 2028/29), if the\ncontract terms essentially remain the same.
