RENEWAL OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT FOR NETWORK FIREWALL\nMAINTENANCE\nRecommendations:\n(1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a service\nagreement with Sidepath for Palo Alto Firewall\nmaintenance for an amount not to exceed $161,359 for\nthe period of March 31, 2025, through March 31,\n2026; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to extend the\nagreement for up to two additional one-year terms,\nprovided that the annual cost increase does not exceed\n10% of the previous year’s rate and that sufficient\nfunding is available in the approved budget.
