4. APPROVAL AND AUTHORIZATION TO THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER\nINTO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH FIRE GRAZERS,\nINC. FOR ENHANCED WEED ABATEMENT IN FOUR IDENTIFIED HIGH\nPRIORITY AREAS UTILIZING GOATS\nRecommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve\nentering into an agreement with Fire Grazers, Inc. to conduct weed\nabatement services utilizing goats for a cost not-to-exceed $67,133.85 in\nthe form attached to this report and authorize the City Manager and City\nAttorney to make edits and execute all documents necessary to affect\nthe arrangement.\nStaff Report
