7.c. CONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF RE-ADVERTISING REQUEST\nFOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR NEWSLETTER PUBLISHING SERVICES\nThe City received one proposal during the RFP process. Staff\nrecommends the City re-advertise the RFP in order to receive at least two\n(2) proposals for service and price comparisons.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends City Council reject the one\nproposal received and authorize re-advertising the RFP for newsletter\npublishing services.
