Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025-___\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR\nAPPROVING EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A JOINT COMMUNITY\nFACILITIES AGREEMENT WITH LAKE ELSINORE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT\nRELATING TO COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2022-2 (HORIZON\nPLACE) OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR\n2. Adopt a Resolution entitled:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2025 - ___\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR,\nCALIFORNIA, ACTING AS THE LEGISLATIVE BODY OF COMMUNITY\nFACILITIES DISTRICT NO. 2022-2 (HORIZON PLACE) OF THE CITY OF\nWILDOMAR AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF ITS SPECIAL TAX BONDS,\nSERIES 2025 IN A PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED EIGHT MILLION\nFIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($8,500,000) AND APPROVING\nCERTAIN DOCUMENTS AND TAKING CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS IN\nCONNECTION THEREWITH\n3. Authorize the issuance of the Community Facilities District 2022-2 (Horizon\nPlace) Special Tax Bonds, Series 2025 in an aggregate principal not to exceed\n$8,500,000\n4. Approve the financing team, as identified herein, for this transaction and\nauthorize the City Treasurer or any duly authorized designee, to pay the costs of\nsuch firms in connection with this financing from CFD 2022-2 Series 2025 bond\nproceeds\n5. Authorize the City Manager and Administrative Services Director, or designees,\nto execute all documents related to the issuance of the Special Tax Bonds for\nCommunity Facilities District No. 2022-2 (Horizon Place) and the ability to make\nminor changes to these documents as required to carry out the financing.
