City Council: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt a resolution 25-623\napproving a plan of finance including the issuance of\nrevenue bonds by the California Municipal Finance\nAuthority, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed\n$65,000,000, to finance and refinance the acquisition,\nconstruction, development and equipping of a 179-unit\nqualified residential rental project to be located at 712\nSeagaze Drive (the “Project”) for the benefit of 716\nSeagaze Affordable, L.P., a California Limited Partnership\n(or an affiliate), and certain other matters relating thereto.\nA) Mayor opens public hearing\nB) Mayor requests disclosure of Councilmember and constituent contacts\nand correspondence\nC) Clerk presents correspondence and/or petitions\nD) Testimony beginning with Leilani Hines, Housing and Neighborhood\nServices Director\nE) Recommendation - adopt resolution
