DEL TORO]:\nThe City Council will consider directing staff to\nwork with the West Hollywood Community\nHousing Corporation to conduct an\nassessment of ongoing concerns at Movietown\nSquare, an affordable housing building at 7302\nSanta Monica Boulevard, and to provide\ndirection regarding accessibility requirements\nfor future affordable housing projects.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct staff to work\nwith the West Hollywood Community Housing\nCorporation to conduct an assessment of\nongoing concerns related to elevator\nmaintenance and building security at\nMovietown Square, an affordable housing\nbuilding at 7302 Santa Monica Boulevard; and\n2) Direct staff to develop requirements for\nfuture affordable housing projects to include\nprimary and secondary access points for\npeople who may have accessibility issues.
