6. FIRST AMENDMENT WITH ARDURRA GROUP, INC. FOR THE DOHENY VILLAGE\nCONNECTIVITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a First Amendment to the contract with\nArdurra Group, Incorporated, to increase the not to exceed amount; and\n2) Authorize the budget adjustment for CIP #1340 Doheny Village Connectivity\nImprovements/Design Project per the Fiscal Impact Section of this report.
