(14)\n15-0719-S19\nPreviously Certified Environmental Impact Report (EIR), Addenda, and related\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings pursuant to CEQA\nGuidelines Sections 15162, 15164, 15378(b)4), and 15061(b)(3); reports from\nthe Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT), Los Angeles City\nPlanning Commission, and City Administrative Officer relative to a proposed\nOrdinance amending Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 12.26 J to update\nthe City's Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Ordinance; proposed\nNew Development Review Fee Ordinance and Mobility Investment Trust Fund\nOrdinance as recommended by the LADOT, and related actions to repeal\nexisting Ordinances to align with the City’s climate action goals. This update to\nthe existing 1993 TDM Ordinance proposes new requirements for\ndevelopments that exceed certain size and use thresholds to incorporate\nstrategies to reduce drive-alone automobile trips and expand access to\nalternative transportation options. Projects subject to the new regulations would\nbe required to submit a TDM Plan to the LADOT for review and approval before\nreceiving a building permit.
