6. Amendments to Agreements With Willdan Engineering and True North\nCompliance Services, Inc. for Plan Check and Inspection Services\nRecommendation -\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to Agreement No.\n6756 with Willdan Engineering to increase the annual not-to-exceed\namount by $250,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $500,000 per\nfiscal year for building plan check review and inspection services.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to Agreement No.\n6755 with True North Compliance, Inc. to increase the annual not-to-\nexceed amount by $250,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$500,000 per fiscal year for building plan check review and inspection\nservices.\n3. Appropriate $500,000 from the General Fund Reserves to FY 2024-25\nbudget expenditure account 001-400-2403-6214.\n4. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
