Adopt Resolution No. 25-11 approving the 2024 General Plan Annual\nProgress Report (APR); and\n2. Authorize staff to file the 2024 Annual Progress Report with the\nGovernor’s Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the California\nDepartment of Housing and Community Development (HCD).
