3. Authorization to Purchase Replacement Fleet Vehicle/Equipment.\nRecommendation:\nThat the Town Council:\n1- Authorizes the lease-to-purchase of one (1) new 2025 Caterpillar\nModel 140JOY-BR Motor Grader including optional equipment\nfrom Quinn CAT, in the amount not to exceed $474,344.00 to\nreplace vehicle #96, authorizing the Town Manager or designee\nto complete the lease agreement and related documents to\ncomplete the financing;\n2- Authorizes the purchase of one (1) new 2025 HOTSY Pressure\nWasher from American Water Works, in the amount not to\nexceed $18,000.00 to replace unit # 64:\n3- Declares the 2002 John Deer 770CH Road Grader and the 1996\nHydro-Tek Pressure Washer as surplus and approves the sale of\nthe surplus vehicles/equipment, authorizing the Town Manager\nor designee to auction/sell the vehicle through a public\nbidding/auction or consignment process or through dismantling\nservices.
