Services Agreement with Keenan & Associates\nRecommendation:\nApprove and authorize the City Administrator to execute a Professional Services Agreement\nwith Keenan & Associates, in substantially the same form as submitted, to provide Health\nBenefits Brokerage and Consulting Services, effective April 1, 2025, through March 31,\n2028, for a total amount not-to-exceed $150,500, for a three-year term.
