Requested Action: That the City Council approve two (2) Full-Time Code\nEnforcement Officer I (CEO) positions for the Food Truck and Street\nVendor Enforcement Program (Program) in Fiscal Year 2024-2025 at an\nestimated cost of $37,000;\n2. Purchase two pick-up trucks with added equipment at an estimated cost of\n$120,000;\n3. Purchase equipment and supplies to establish preventative measures at an\nestimated cost of $20,000;\n4. Approve the FY 2024-25 budget appropriation of $120,000 for the trucks\nin the Equipment/Vehicle Fund #730.\n5. Approve the FY 2024-25 budget appropriation of $177,000 in the General\nFund (GF) #100 for:\na. CEO positions - $37,000; and\nb. Preventative Measures Equipment and Supplies - $20,000.\nc. Transfer to Equipment/Vehicle Fund #730 - $120,000.
