5.4 Chula Vista Community Shuttle: Accept Grant Funds and Authorize the Execution of\nDocuments for the Chula Vista Community Shuttle Program for Enhanced Year 4 Services\nReport Number: 24-0278\nLocation: No specific geographic location\nDepartment: Housing and Homeless Services\nG.C. § 84308 Regulations Apply: No\nEnvironmental Notice: The activity is not a “Project” as defined under Section 15378 of the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines. Therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines\nSection 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the\nactivity qualifies for an Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act State Guidelines.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nAdopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager or designee to enter into agreements for\nadditional funds to provide support for the Chula Vista Community Shuttle program and\nexecute related agreements or documents, as follows: (1) Third Amendment with Clean\nMobility Options Voucher Pilot Program accepting $300,000; and (2) Second Amendment No.\n2024-208 to Agreement No. 2021-101 with Community Congregational Development\nCorporation accepting $100,000.
