PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 3502.3 CONCERNING\nVACANCIES AND RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION EFFORTS\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Conducting a public hearing to present the status of vacancies and recruitment and\nretention efforts in accordance with Government Code section 3502.3; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
