F. Authorize an Application for a Cost-Free Lease with the California State\nLands Commission for the use of Sovereign land, located in the Pacific\nOcean at Seal Beach and Sunset Beach - That the City Council adopt\nResolution 7627: 1. Approving a lease application for a cost-free lease from\nthe California State Lands Commission for the use of Sovereign land located\nin the Pacific Ocean at Seal Beach and Sunset Beach; and, 2. Directing the\nInterim City Manager, or their designee, to execute all necessary documents\nfor the lease application on behalf of the City.
