12. RESOLUTION APPROVING A REVISED COMPREHENSIVE MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE ALHAMBRA CITY EMPLOYEES’\nASSOCIATION – F2M25-2, R2M25-14, C87-16A, M2M25-33\nIn February 2025, a joint request from both Alhambra City Employees’ Association (ACEA)\nand Alhambra Management Employees’ Association (AMEA) was filed, requesting a unit\nmodification. In particular, the joint request pertained to a request to move the Recreation\nSupervisor and Senior Services Supervisor classifications from ACEA to AMEA. Moving\nforward, effective March 24, 2025, the classification of Recreation Supervisor and Senior\nServices Supervisor shall no longer be recognized and represented by ACEA.\nRecommended Action: City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt Resolution\nNo. R2M25-14 entitled: A Resolution of the Alhambra City Council approving a revised\nComprehensive Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Alhambra and the\nAlhambra City Employees’ Association; and, 2) Direct staff to undertake the steps\nnecessary to finalize Council’s action.
