Amendment to Professional Services Agreement with Dudek, Inc. for\nConsulting Services on the Comprehensive General Plan Update\n(PA2022-080)\na) Determine this action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA) pursuant to Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines\nbecause this action will not result in a physical change to the environment, directly or\nindirectly; and\nb) Approve Amendment No. One to the Professional Services Agreement with\nDudek, Inc. for Consulting Services on the Comprehensive General Plan Update,\nwhich augments the Scope of Work, extends the contract to June 30, 2026, and\nincreases the contract amount by $128,479.99 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$1,606,509.74, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute Amendment No.\nOne to the Agreement.\nStaff Report\nAttachment A - Amendment No. One\nAttachment B - GPUSC Memo\nMISCELLANEOUS
