B. Approval of First Modification of Agreement #4623 with the City of Glendale - Verdugo Regional\nCrime Laboratory for Laboratory Services\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding of no possibility of significant effects pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of\nthe California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a 5-year extension to the City’s\ncurrent agreement (#4623) with the City of Glendale and its Verdugo Regional Crime Lab\nin the amount of $150,000 for crime investigation laboratory services on behalf of the\nSanta Monica Police Department. The amended agreement will have a new total amount\nnot to exceed of $250,000 with future year funding contingent on Council budget\napproval.\na. Contract - City of Glendale (Verdugo Crime Lab)
