9E. AWARD A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO EXECUTIVE FACILITIES\nSERVICES, INC. FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES\nAs the current contract is set to expire on June 30, 2025, City staff released a Request\nfor Proposals (RFP) soliciting proposals to provide janitorial services to City facilities, with\nservices to start July 1, 2025. Staff recommend awarding a three-year Agreement to\nExecutive Facilities Services, Inc. in the amount not-to-exceed $255,000 or $85,000\nannually.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare this action to be categorically exempt under the California Quality\nAct (“CEQA”), since the action herein does not constitute a “project” as defined by\nSection 15378 of the CEQA guidelines; and\n2. Award a Professional Services Agreement to Executive Facilities Services, Inc. to\nprovide janitorial services for a term of three years in an amount not-to-exceed\n$255,000 or $85,000 annually; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to bind the City of Stanton and Executive Facilities\nServices, Inc. in an Agreement to provide the services.\nMarch 25, 2025
