9) Change Order No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Inland\nFoundation Engineering, Inc. for Geotechnical Services on the New City Hall\nProject\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Change Order No. 2 to the\nagreement with Inland Foundation Engineering, Inc. in an amount not to exceed\n$110,000.00 for geotechnical services related to the New City Hall Project in such final\nform as approved by the City Attorney.
