12) Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Professional Services with Helix\nEnvironmental Planning, Inc. for the Dexter Village Project\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nAgreement for Professional Services with Helix Environmental Planning, Inc. (Helix) to\nincrease the contract amount for an additional $35,400 for a total contract amount not\nto exceed $88,800 for the Dexter Village Project, in such final form as approved by the\nCity Attorney.
