13) Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with Dustin Thompson\nPhotography\nApprove and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Dustin Thompson Photography in an amount\nnot to exceed $45,000 per year for event services in such final form as approved by\nthe City Attorney and authorize the City Manager to execute change orders not\nexceeding a 10% contingency of $4,500 for uncertainties and adjustments.
