9. Pico Rivera Regional Bikeway Project (CIP No. 21280), Federal Project No.\nATPL-5351 (032) – Notice of Completion. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Accept the work as completed for the Pico Rivera Regional Bikeway Project,\nFederal Project No. ATPL-5351 (032), CIP No. 21280, constructed by Griffith\nCompany and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with\nthe Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder;\n2. Approve Contract Change Order No. 5 in the total amount of $384,011 for\nadditional work performed on the project and authorize the City Manager or\nhis designee to execute the contract change order;\n3. Approve an appropriation of $70,000 from the Measure W Fund (Fund 209)\nbalance to CIP No. 21280, Account No. 209.70.7300.54500-CIP21280, to\nclose out the Project; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention and all other monies due\nin accordance with the statutory waiting period upon recordation of the\nNotice of Completion.
