3. APPROVAL AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE AGREEMENT WITH STUDIO ONE\nELEVEN FOR ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTION DESIGN\nSERVICES AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES BY\nWILLDAN ENGINEERING FOR THE PARAMOUNT PARK\nCOMMUNITY CENTER EXPANSION AND RENOVATION\nPROJECT (CITY PROJECT NO. 9464)\nRecommended Action: A. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the\ncontract with Studio One Eleven for the design services of the\nParamount Park Community Center Expansion Project (City Project\nNo. 9464) and authorize the Mayor or her designee to execute the\namendment; and\nB.1) Appropriate $494,250 in Prop 68 funding to City Project No.\n9464; and 2) Approve project management and technical support\nservices by Willdan Engineering for this project.
