Authorize the Police Chief to accept and administer the State Homeland Security Program\n(SHSP) Grant in the amount of $51,000.00 to assist the police department in obtaining security\ncameras and media storage upgrades to monitor critical infrastructures and crowded places\nwithin the City of Bell.
