3. Approval of Agreement with Kaizen Software Services for a Recreation and Reservations\nManagement Solution. (City Council)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve an agreement with Kaizen Software Services for the implementation of a\ncomprehensive recreation and reservations management solution for Bell Community\nServices Department programs, services and facilities; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute any necessary documents to\nfacilitate the agreement and system implementation.
