Receive and file the 2024 General Plan and Housing Element\nAnnual Progress Report.\n2. Authorize City staff to submit the General Plan and the Housing\nElement Annual Progress Reports to the State Office of Planning\nand Research (OPR) and Department of Housing and Community\nDevelopment (HCD).
