I. Consideration to amend four professional services agreements for pre-\nqualified on-call construction management and inspection services. (Fraley)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the professional services\nagreements with Integrated Engineering Management, Z&K Consultants, Inc.,\nTranstech Engineers, Inc. and Sunbeam Consulting, Inc. for on-call\nconstruction management and inspection services for additional two-year\nterms and include escalation of rates by request from consultant(s), subject to\nCity Council approved appropriated project budgets; and, 2) Authorize the\nMayor and City Clerk to execute the amendment(s), in forms approved by the\nCity Attorney.\nAgenda Report
