Authorize the City Manager to execute a Second Amendment to\nAgreement No. 6772 with LM Investigations LLC to increase the contract\namount by $30,000 for a total not-to-exceed amount of $80,000 per\nfiscal year pursuant to El Segundo Municipal Code § 1-7-9(A).
