9. Accept Improvements and File the Notice of Completion for Traffic Signal - System Upgrade\n(Protected/Permissive Signal Heads) Project, PW19-09\nRecommendation: That the City Council:\n1. Accept the improvements for Traffic Signal - System Upgrade\n(Protected/Permissive Signal Heads) Project, PW19-09, as complete; and\n2. Direct the City Clerk to file and record the Notice of Completion,\nrelease the Performance Bond, and accept a one-year Maintenance Bond\nin the amount of 10% of the final contract amount; and\n3.
