AWARD OF JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES FOR CITY FACILITIES\nCONTRACT Recommended Action: 1) Award the contract for janitorial\nmaintenance services to Base Hill, Inc. in the amount of $210,000\nper fiscal year for a two (2) year term, with the option to renew\nadministratively for up to three (3) additional one (1) year extensions\nand authorize the Mayor or her designee to execute the agreement\nand; 2) Authorize the Public Works Director to procure additional\nservices from Base Hill, Inc. up to an amount as specified in the\nCity’s operating budget, as approved by the City Council each fiscal\nyear.
