Authorization to Apply for San Diego Association of Governments Smart Growth\nIncentive Program Grants\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, authorizing the City\nManager, or designee, to submit grant applications for the San Diego Association of\nGovernments (SANDAG) Smart Growth Incentive Program (SGIP) and execute grant\nagreements with SANDAG as necessary following award of grants.
