5. Award of Bid No. 020-25 – Marquee Installation Re-Bid\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolutions, in order, to:\n1. Approve Plans and Specifications for Marquee Installation Re-Bid, Bid No. 020-25;\n2. Find the following:\na) Protest submitted by Ayuma House Planning Company (AHPC) timely\nbut without merit;\nb) Low bidder’s omission of surety signature notarization on the bid bond a\nminor irregularity;\nc) Fourth low bidder’s omission of principal signature on the bid bond a\nminor irregularity; and\nd) Second low bidder non-responsive for the reasons set forth in the\nagenda report.\n3. Award the bid to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Sign Factory, Printing &\nOffice Equipment, Inc. dba Sign Factory (SF), in the amount of $51,000.
