Contract Amendment for Bid No. 010-22 – Median & Right-of-Ways Maintenance\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, to increase compensation\nfor the Median & Right-of-Ways Maintenance multi-year contract with GeoCal\nEnvironmental Management & Landscaping (GeoCal) in the not to exceed amount of\nan additional $38,695.85 for the third renewal term and to increase the not-to-exceed\namount to $203,539.89 for the fourth renewal term.
