A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF AN APPLICATION BY THE DEVELOPERS OF THE ROSEGATE PROJECT FOR\nTAX-EXEMPT BOND FUNDING OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES VIA THE CALIFORNIA MUNICIPAL\nFINANCE AUTHORITY’S BOND OPPORTUNITIES FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM\nRequest the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2025-29 in support of an application by the developer of\nthe Rosegate Project for tax-exempt bond funding of development impact fees.
