Rio Hondo Community College District Levying of Taxes\nRequest from the Rio Hondo Community College District (District): Adopt a\nresolution authorizing the County to levy taxes in an amount sufficient to pay the\nprincipal of, and interest on, the District’s General Obligation Bonds 2024\nElection, 2025 Series A (Bonds), in an aggregate principal amount not to\nexceed $230,000,000; and direct the Auditor-Controller to place on the 2025-26\ntax roll, and all subsequent tax rolls, taxes sufficient to fulfill the requirements of\nthe debt service schedule for the Bonds that will be provided to the\nAuditor-Controller by the District following the sale of the Bonds.
