Employee Retirement Contribution Rates for Public Employees’ Pension\nReform Act of 2013 Defined Benefit Plans Adjustments\nRecommendation: Adopt the employee retirement contribution rate changes for\nthe Los Angeles County Employee Retirement Association defined benefit plans\nestablished pursuant to the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013,\neffective July 1, 2025, for all represented and non-represented employees who\nare members of General Member Plan G or Safety Member Plan C; and instruct\nthe Auditor-Controller to make the system changes necessary to implement the\nrecommendations.
