11. SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE WASTE DISPOSAL AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF\nORANGE\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Adopt Resolution 25-04-15-XX, entitled:\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANA POINT, APPROVING\nTHE SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE WASTE DISPOSAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE\nCITY OF DANA POINT AND THE COUNTY OF ORANGE; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Second Amendment to the Waste\nDisposal Agreement with the County of Orange.
