10. HERITAGE PARK MONUMENT IN COORDINATION WITH THE DANA POINT 5TH MARINE\nREGIMENT SUPPORT GROUP\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to sign the Memorandum of Understanding and authorize non-\nsubstantive changes if needed; and\n2) Approve a new Capital Improvement Project entitled “Heritage Park Monument Project”; and\n3) Authorize amount per the fiscal impact section for the Heritage Park Monument Project.
