1. Public Hearing to Consider the Draft Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2029 Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Plan, including the FY 2025-\n2026 Annual Action Plan, and the FY 2025-2029 Orange County Regional\nAssessment of Fair Housing\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Open the public hearing and receive testimony;\n2. Consider the Draft FY 2025-2029 CDBG Consolidated Plan, including the\nFY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan, and the FY 2025-2029 Orange County\nRegional Assessment of Fair Housing; and,\n3. Direct that the Draft FY 2025-2029 CDBG Consolidated Plan, including the\nFY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan, and the FY 2025-2029 Orange County\nRegional Assessment of Fair Housing, with any changes, be placed on the\nMay 6, 2025, City Council Agenda for final adoption.\nOTHER BUSINESS/COUNCIL REPORTS\n1.
