7.d. 2024 HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT\nThe 2024 Housing Element Annual Progress Report summarizes the City’s\nprogress with regard to the implementation of the goals, policies, and\nprograms of the City’s General Plan. It also summarizes the activities of the\nCommunity Development Department from January 1, 2024, through\nDecember 31, 2024. This report was submitted on April 1, 2025, per state\nmandate and was approved by the State Department of Housing and\nCommunity Development (HCD).\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: Staff recommends that the City Council\nreceive and file the Housing Element Annual Progress Report for Calendar\nYear 2024.
