13. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH HUGHES MARINO, INC. FOR\nREAL ESTATE CONSULTANT SERVICES (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1) Approve the Professional Services Agreements between the City of Santa Fe\nSprings and Hughes Marino, Inc.; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute and act as the City Representative for two\nProfessional Services Agreements for broker services with Hughes Marino, Inc.,\none for lease transactions and another for sales transactions; and\n3) Determine that the action is categorically exempt pursuant to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) (Pub. Res.
