7. RESOLUTION NO. 25-14 BUDGET AMENDMENT AND AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR PUBLIC WORKS\nCONSTRUCTION – PROJECT NO. 7606, STORM DRAIN REPLACEMENT FOR POTTER STREET\nStaff recommends City Council:\na. adopt Resolution No. 25-14, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nNORWALK AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2024/25 ADOPTED\nCAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE AVAILABLE MEASURE W\nFUNDING TOWARDS CITY PROJECT NO. 7606 STORM DRAIN REPLACEMENT FOR POTTER\nSTREET, in the amount of $250,000; and\nb. award a contract to Wright Construction Engineering in the amount of $198,075 for City Project No.\n7606, Potter Street Storm Drain replacement; and authorize the City Manager or his designee to\nexecute the contract and any amendments provided there is funding in the budget, on behalf of the\nCity, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
