11. SUCCESSOR AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. SA-2025-002, CONFIRMING THE\nCONTINUED EXISTENCE OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT\nAGREEMENT DATED MAY 11, 1995, WITH THE SCHORK FAMILY\nPARTNERSHIP AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A\nGRANT DEED CONVEYING THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY PROPERTIES\nLOCATED AT APNS: 8082-002-914 AND 8082-002-915 TO THE SCHORK\nFAMILY PARTNERSHIP (COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the Successor Agency:\n1) Adopt the attached resolution confirming the continued existence of the\nDisposition and Development Agreement (“DDA”) dated May 11, 1995, between\nthe former CDC and the Schork Family Partnership, and authorizing the execution\nand delivery of a Grant Deed conveying the properties located at Assessor Parcel\nNumbers (“APN”): 8082-002-914 and 8082-002-915 to the Schork Family\nPartnership.\nCITY COUNCIL
