8. 25-54915 Recommendation to adopt resolution declaring a 373-square-foot parcel of City-\nowned property located at the southwest corner of Orizaba Avenue and 14th\nStreet, encompassing a portion of Assessor Parcel Number 7259-024-902 (Subject\nProperty) as “exempt surplus land”, that is held by the City of Long Beach as\ndefined in Government Code Section 54221(f)(1)(B); and authorize City Manager,\nor designee, to take any actions and execute any documents necessary to ensure\ncompliance with the Surplus Land Act and State regulations relating thereto.\n(District 2)\nOffice or Department: Economic Development\nSuggested Action: Approve recommendation.
