APPROVAL OF FIFTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH WEST COAST ARBORISTS,\nINC.\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Fifth Amendment to Agreement 1284-A with\nWest Coast Arborists, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, to increase the\ncontract’s annual amount to $670,000; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nThe proposed project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to 14 California Code of Regulations § 15301 as a\nClass 1 categorical exemption (Existing Facilities). The Project results in minor alterations to\nexisting public facilities involving no significant expansion of the existing use. The Project is not\nanticipated to have any significant impacts regarding noise, air quality, or water quality.
