3-Q. AWARD OF CONTRACT TO CCS FACILITY SERVICES - LOS ANGELES, INC. FOR\nCITYWIDE JANITORIAL SERVICES\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with CCS Facility Services – Los\nAngeles, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney, for janitorial services and supplies\nat various City facilities in an amount not to exceed $482,401.56 per year. The proposed\nagreement would be from June 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, with a renewal option of\nup to two, one-year terms;\n(2) Approving an additional appropriation of $28,200 from the Building Maintenance Fund\n(506) for janitorial services and supplies through June 30, 2025; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
