AWARD OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO MARK THOMAS FOR THE\nPREPARATION OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND ENGINEER’S ESTIMATES (“PS&E”)\nFOR GARVEY CAPACITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Professional Services agreement with Mark\nThomas, for the preparation of Plans, Specifications and Engineer’s estimates (PS&E)\nfor Garvey Capacity Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $1,348,896; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
